Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Analyst to join our team. As the Purchasing Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and contract management.

This is a key role within our organization, and you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate procurement of materials to support operations
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
  • Manage the entire procurement process, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory management
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Sources new vendors and initiates the Vendor Approval Process
  • Tracks all inbound orders and updates production of lead times

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
