We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Analyst to join our team. As the Purchasing Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and contract management.
This is a key role within our organization, and you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement of materials to support operations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Manage the entire procurement process, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory management
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Sources new vendors and initiates the Vendor Approval Process
- Tracks all inbound orders and updates production of lead times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing role
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
