    This is a hybrid role located in Buena Park and requires in-office time of 2 days per week (subject to change based on management discretion).

    Why you'll love this role:

    The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator will be a core team member in meeting both departmental and corporate objectives. This individual will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily supply chain activities, including reporting, analytics, master data maintenance, and product development. You'll work with our Sales team and major retailers to grow our wholesale and DTC businesses together.

    What your day will look like:

    • Support the Supply Chain Operations Manager in all outbound related matters
    • Enter sales orders in our ERP system
    • Coordinate transportation for small parcel and LTL shipments
    • Review routing guides for each B2B and DTC clients (e.g. Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Urban Outfitters, TikTok Shop, Shopify) and ensure shipping guidelines are met
    • Create transportation documents such as bill of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices
    • Participate in daily call meetings with 3PL partners
    • Perform accurate data collection and effective communication with involved parties
    • Dispute compliance charges with backup documentation

    What will make you stand out:

    • 3 years minimum of experience in supply chain management, preferably logistics
    • Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work production
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization on both oral and written form
    • Effective time management skills and strong analytical skills (prioritizing multiple duties and ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
    • NetSuite and SPS experience are a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
