Here's what you'll grow with:

  • Independently managing and implementing all necessary component changes in the seat responsibility area
  • Leading the process chain to achieve development goals for components in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs
  • Coordinating and prioritizing activities and tasks within the development team
  • Recording and representing development topics in the committee landscape
  • Identifying target deviations, conflicts, and decisionmakers in case of escalation needs

Here's how you'll move us forward:

  • Completed degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or further training as a technician
  • Knowledge in vehicle development and project management
  • Professional experience in the development of plastic components
  • Basic knowledge of CAD systems such as CATIA V5 and good user knowledge of MS Office
  • Negotiable German and good English skills
