Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and procuring materials, products, and services
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the department to forecast demand and identify supply needs
- Utilize SAP or AS400 systems for purchase order processing and tracking
- Support logistics and inventory management processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective supplier relationships
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
