    Description

    PBG Networks is currently looking to hire an Account Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. This position must be performed onsite in Wenonah, NJ and will offer a base salary with a lucrative commission structure.

    Title: Account Executive

    Location: Wenonah, NJ

    Summary:

    The Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing prospective business clients primarily via phone call but also including email, in-person and virtual conferences, and on-site visits to generate new sales leads. Other responsibilities include working with distributors, partners, and internal staff to manage existing sales pipelines to completion of sales cycles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales and service to SLED and commercial clients via telephone.
    • Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals by communicating promotions, new product launches, and features and benefits of products per expectations.
    • Meet and exceed daily call quota.
    • Provide all customer service duties, including product-related questions.
    • Work with Director of Professional Services on client engagements, BOMS, E-Rate, and any related matters required to close a deal.
    • Maintain updated customer lists and deal registrations, coordinate with partners and distributors, track and report on daily calls and performance.
    • Assist with new-hire onboarding and ongoing training by recommending, creating, and/or reviewing training materials and other development tools, documents, and resources including new product scripting.
    • Serve as a resource for team members on day-to-day job functions; assist while Supervisor is out of office or away from desk.
    • Attend meetings as needed on any new processes or system upgrades and then schedule webinars and sales training.
    • Attend in-person or virtual sales events, including but not limited to conferences, webinars, and sales meetings.
    • Other duties as required to assist the Inside Sales Team with achieving goals, including but not limited to territory tracking responsibility, Partnership requests, and MDF tracking and accountability.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Information Technology Business or related industry
    • In-office availability for the first three years minimum.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and to shareknowledge and experiencein a structured way.
    • Innate and overwhelming desire to sell in a proactive sales motion.
    • Ability to build long-term customer relationships built on trust and respect for the client's interests.
    • Present yourself and our company with integrity and professionalism.

    Nice to Have:

    • Background in MSP or IT Services industry
    • IT Business Acumen
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree
    • Knowledge of E-Rate
    • Knowledge of CRMs
