SUMMARY:

The Account Executive is responsible for enthusiastically finding business and maintaining customer relationships for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The Account Executive must also ensure there are long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction by being a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional aftersales support to enhance the customers' dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Maintain enthusiasm and passion for the business
  • Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • BS or BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience as an Account Executive or similar position
  • Proven track record in growth sales
  • Previous Sign/Lighting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Valid Driver's License

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Excellent Customer Service, Communication, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:


  • Able to regularly and independently travel to and from work and client sites
  • Regularly required to: stand; walk; talk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and balance
  • Must be able to occasionally lift objects in excess of 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities include: clarity of vision; and ability to adjust eye to bring an object into sharp focus
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Pay:
$45, $70,000.00 per year
