- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, related technical field, or equivalent experience, required.
- Inside sales experience at an aerospace company or equivalent manufacturing industry sales experience, preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills and task management, required.
- Expertise in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, required.
- Syteline ERP experience or similar ERP knowledge, preferred.
- Understanding of AS9100 compliance and related requirements, preferred
- Sedentary Office Environment
- May be exposed to industrial oils, toner, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals. NOTE: All safety precautions will be used.

Description
Job purposeThe Account Specialist is responsible for providing world-class support to customers. It is their responsibility to service all aspects including but not limited to, quoting, contract review, order management, status updates, manufacturing capabilities, quality standards, shipments, market analysis, and technical assistance to customers. It is also their responsibility to facilitate communication between the Outside Sales and Business Development team and intercompany departments as well as customer contacts.
Duties and responsibilities
• Serves as the daily contact for assigned customers and responds to inquiries in a timely manner
• Advocates for the customer's needs and goals within the organization
• Follows Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Leads all aspects of the contract review process and partners with the cross functional team to provide customer resolutions
• Effectively uses Company tools and resources to ensure organizational consistency and efficiency
• Processes requests for Quotations from customers and provides feedback
• Processes Purchase Orders from customers and provides order status updates for duration of the contract
• Communicates effectively and cooperatively with other departments and across business units
• Effectively utilizes Syteline ERP System to perform daily tasks
• Effectively utilizes Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks
• Grows the business with prospecting new and current customers with industry opportunities and services
• Adheres to the Core Values of the Company and demonstrates Quality Statement
