    Join Our Team as a Finance and Accounting Specialist

    Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers? We're on the lookout for a Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our team.

    Job Description:
    Review and analyze intake information submitted by clients to determine the appropriate method of billing new end debtors.

    Ensure all relevant information, including contacts, special billing instructions, and debtor questionnaires, is received and processed within 72 hours of funding.

    Utilize Factor SQL and Avionte to activate and approve all new end debtors for funding.
    Collaborate with clients to address any inquiries regarding prospective billings, ensuring accurate information is loaded into systems.

    Determine the proper corporate structure to ensure the accurate population of the debtor's legal entity name for accounts receivable.

    Develop custom billing templates for client use during funding processes.
    Escalate special billing requirements to relevant teams to ensure accurate and effective accounts receivable loading processes.

    Coordinate with cash/credit/portfolio teams to ensure the suggested load for direct bills and VMS facilitates clear visibility and cash application.

    Assist Collateral Risk Associates with invoice aging audits to ensure proper collateral documentation is obtained and analyzed accurately.
    Support Collateral Risk Analysts with aging audits to ensure proper steps are followed during our clients' billing processes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
    Previous experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably with exposure to billing procedures.
    Proficiency in Factor SQL and Avionte is advantageous.
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Team player with the willingness to collaborate across departments.
