Rockway Exhibits + Events is looking for a driven individual looking to start a fun, fast paced and lucrative sales career.
The Junior Sales Executive role is comprised of administratively supporting our Senior Account Executive team, learning the industry, business development and selling our most simple products to gain customer experience.
The sales career path at Rockway is simple... Junior Sales Executive -> Account Executive -> Senior Account Executive. The junior role is a minimum 6 months, with the time frame depending on your work ethic and ability.Once promoted to Account Executive at the recommendation of the Senior Account Exec Team, you are a full time sales person.
You will be prospecting, developing relationships, managing accounts and as always, continuing to learn. Becoming a Senior Account Executive requires an Account Executive hitting a certain target in sales. All levels bring on a pay increase.
