    Description

    Das Referat Service Management beheimatet die Service Owner fr unterschiedliche IT Services der Allianz Deutschland AG. Zu den Hauptaufgaben zhlen die Sicherstellung der Lieferung der konsumierten IT Services in vereinbarter Qualitt, die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Dienstleistung sowie das Begleiten von Projekten.
    Als Service Owner Workplace (m/w/d) sind Sie fr die IT Kunden Services gem unserer Kundenanforderung und des damit verbundenen Serviceinhalts verantwortlich. In diesem Kontext bilden Sie die Schnittstelle vom Kunden zur IT und somit zu unserem zentralen Provider sicher. Zustzlich berwachen Sie die Dienstleistung unseres Providers gem der Servicebeschreibung und der damit verbunden Delivery. Weiterhin fllt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich die Mengensteuerung der IT Services, die dazugehrige Kontrolle der Verrechnung, das Demand Management, das Erstellen eines Forecasts sowie fortlaufende Anpassungen von Minder- bzw. Mehrbedarf der. Sie agieren hierzu eng mit unseren Kunden, dem Provider und unseren Business Partner Funktionen, um eine effizient und bergreifende Zusammenarbeit zu gewhrleisten.     **Aufgaben:**
    * Verantwortung fr den gesamten Serviceinhalt gem Servicebeschreibung der ausgelagerten IT Customer Services
    * Sicherstellung der Serviceerbringung in der vereinbarten Qualitt durch den Dienstleister gem. Servicevertrag / Servicebeschreibung
    * Laufende Optimierung der Servicedefinition und Servicebeschreibungen
    * Verhandlung von Service Level Agreements mit Kunden und Lieferanten
    * Ableitung von durchzufhrenden Manahmen bei Service Level Versten
    * Eskalation bei Strungen im Betrieb
    * Analyse von Schwachstellen und Risiken anhand verschiedener Vorgaben (z.B. Prozesse)
    * Professionelle Beratung der Kunden bzgl. der aktuellen Services und zuknftiger Lsungsmglichkeiten und Erarbeitung neuer Lsungskonzepte
    * Kostenverantwortung der IT Services inkl. Kostenplanung und Forecasting
    * Projektverantwortung bei z.B. Migrationen, Einfhrung neuer Services und Technologien
    * Kontrollentwicklung und Kontrolldurchfhrung im Rahmen des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
    * Auditbetreuung
    **Anforderungen:**
    Fachliche Qualifikationen:
    * Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften bzw. vergleichbare Erfahrungen aus beruflicher Praxis
    * Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Managen des IT-Betriebs
    * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Providersteuerung / Retained Organisation
    * Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie Kosten- und ertragsorientiertes Handeln (Wirtschaftlichkeit) bei ausgeprgtem Qualittsbewusstsein
    Kompetenzen:
    * Konsequente Kunden-, Service- und Beratungsorientierung
    * Ausgeprgte analytische und konzeptionelle Fhigkeiten gepaart mit eigenstndiger, ziel- und prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise
    * Ausgeprgte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfhigkeiten sowie verbindliches und reprsentatives Auftreten
    * Gute Prsentationsfhigkeiten
    * Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch (konversationssicher)
