- Lead and manage a team of patient recruiters
- Contribute to new medical research through patient outreach
- Manage 5 patient recruiters in a call center environment
- Call patients regarding study enrollment
- Coordinate with external recruiting partners and marketing agencies
- Utilize existing patient databases to call and/or respond to patients
- Design and implement new patient lead generation initiatives. Focus on the patient journey and experience to make it the best it can be
- Hands-on, data driven coaching including creating and tracking KPIs, education on protocol, appropriate documentation, and management to improve areas of underperformance and/or prevent underperformance
- Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results
- 2+ years of direct management experience with at least 3 direct reports
- 2+ years working with patient recruitment or scheduling
- Ability to be resilient and results oriented
- Experience in the clinical research or biotechnology industry is a huge plus and these candidates will be very highly considered
