- Providing middle office and operational support for International and Domestic Equities, FX, Non-Dollar, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Preferred Securities.
- Facilitate trade flow process and trade settlement: actively research/resolve trade discrepancies, support trade life cycle, monitor trade status reports, investigate and resolve fails.
- Serve as liaison between clearing broker and counterparty in effort to efficiently resolve external settlement/clearing issues.
- Delivering quality client service and daily support to internal and external clients, including phone and email interactions, transaction processing, trade comparison and account reconciliation.
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial investments preferred.
- FINRA Series 99 Preferred (will be required to obtain)
- Knowledge of DTC/Euroclear, Bloomberg, ICELink, ALERT/CTM a preferred
