_ Position Summary_
We are seeking a qualified Home Care Warranty Specialist to join our team.

In this position you will represent Richmond American Homes to our customers via phone and in person and will assist in remedying any Customer Service issues that may arise.

_ Responsibilities_

Performing quality control walks and orientations
Scheduling worksite appointments with trades as needed
Verifying completion of warranty work for customers
Partnering with division Sales and Construction teams
Interacting with RAH vendors and suppliers
