Southeastern Protection Services of Florida is a small family owned and operated commercial hood cleaning company, and we provide fire extinguishers and fire suppression services all over the state of Florida. _


As General Office Assistant, you will:

• Provide a combination of clerical and general office assistance as needed.
• Primary Job: Invoice daily for services rendered through QuickBooks, and multiple different portal platforms including: Corrigo Pro, Invoiceworks, Service Trade, and VX Maintain.
• Scan and electronically categorize/catalog documents.
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems for invoicing.
• Provide additional support for the Scheduling assistant as needed.
• At least 1 year of General Office or Clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate Data Entry skills, and attention to detail
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is preferred but not required.
• Pleasant phone and interpersonal skills, and dependable transportation.

Pluses:

• Experience using QuickBooks and any other portal listed above.

Job Type:
Part-time initially 9am-2pm Monday

• Thursday, then Fulltime starting June 10,2024 until September 2024.

Pay:
$15.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Schedule can be worked out over a Monday-Friday work week with the office open from 85 Monday-Thursday and 74 on Fridays.
• 20 Hours a week from start until June 10, and then the option of being a 40 hour week is available.

Experience:

• General Office, Clerical and/or Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
