Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our Riverside, CA office. This pivotal role supports our service operations by coordinating service appointments, managing technician schedules, and handling customer inquiries.
Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative roles within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industries, demonstrating proficiency in customer service and operational coordination.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, optimizing technician routes and workloads for maximum efficiency.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including technician time tracking, work order management, and ensuring accurate job data entry.
Process invoicing and payments, and assist with accounts receivable and payable functions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, warranties, and service parts orders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols in all service operations.
Support the HR team with the onboarding process of new technicians, including scheduling training and completing necessary paperwork.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a service coordination or similar role within the MEP industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with service management software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proven track record of improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Local candidates with a stable work history in the Riverside, CA area preferred.
