Tacombi/Vista Hermosa is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team


We are a fun and tight-knit group experiencing tremendous growth, and this position will play a central role in the Sales and Operations of the company as our CPG business continues to expand.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to develop as our company rapidly grows.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and warehousing to ensure accurate and on time order fulfillment.
  • Receive and enter POs into ERP and planning and tender orders to distribution partners
  • Provide timely and effective customer support by addressing any requests, comments, or concerns as they relate to order confirmations, product availability, daily delivery updates.
  • Support accurate and timely submission of orders to production, warehouse, and logistics partners with documentation such as sales orders, packing slips, and BOLs.
  • Support Sales and Operations teams in tracking inventory levels and mitigate out of stock risk.
  • Review order shortages and provide internal reports, communicating exceptions on order fulfillment to customers at a PO level.
  • Collect documentation and reconcile reported missshipments with PODs. Follow up as needed with customers, shippers, carriers; communicate accordingly with the accounting team for proper billing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, 3PL teams, and manufacturing partners.
  • Assist in set up of new customers and new products by coordinating with appropriate teams including accounting, sales, production, carriers, and warehouse.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by the manager.

You should have:


  • 12 years experience in supply chain (e.g., order entry, inventory management, transportation planning.)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google suite.
  • Experience with Quickbooks, ERP systems, and databases preferred.
  • Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and supply chain metrics, preferably within CPG or food manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
