Description
LIVunLtd is looking for an Amenity and Experiential Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Manhattan, NY. Internally, we call this position Client Services Coordinator.


Amenity + Experiential Services Coordinator, is a unique position with an interesting scope of responsibilities, proportionately split between creative initiatives and service fulfillment.

This high visibility role is an opportunity to work directly with senior level executives on one of our largest accounts.

On the creative side, you will be involved in the idea-making and content creation for experiential events and activations that we produce in the amenity spaces of our properties.

Your creative duties will also include design and distribution of campaigns and fliers to promote the events.

On the service fulfillment side, you will receive and respond to requests from residents in search of information, ideas and access to everything from restaurant reservations to gallery openings.

Service fulfillment also includes providing high-touch assistance to coordinate the move-in process for new residents moving to the property.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively contact new residents to assist in coordinating their movein and to introduce the services, including promoting the events and activations which are offered to residents as part of the lifestyle of the property.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the LIVunLtd Creative Team.
  • Generate ideas and identify target brand affiliates for prospective events and activations to take place at the property.
  • Identify vendors, influencers and brand partners to participate in planned events and activations.
  • Assist in design concept and design execution on various creative assets for the account. Examples include promotional campaigns; blog content; social media posts; newsletters, etc.
  • Maintain uptodate awareness of the hottest restaurants and unique local happenings and collaborate on the monthly "hot list".
  • Use LIVunLtd's proprietary software to log and monitor all client requests; generate and review reports; present insight about report data internally and to the client.
  • Assist the team with a variety of administrative tasks, operational projects, and account management.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree level or higher.
  • Aptitude with Adobe Pro, Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Working knowledge of listserv marketing platforms such as Marketing Cloud.
  • Outstanding listening skills with the ability to quickly identify and reach the desired outcome.
  • Experience working with demanding clients in a highpowered luxury environment.
  • Effective research skills and the ability to communicate findings in a helpful, relevant and articulate manner.
  • Superb relationshipbuilding skills and a strong network of contacts in the New York market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and positive demeanor.
  • Equally comfortable and confident working in a team environment or working autonomously.
  • Efficient and effective at managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

COMPENSATION
The Client Services Coordinator position with LIVunLtd pays $58,500- $60,00 per annum. Being the third party nature of LIVunLtd, salaries are dependent on the location of the position.
