Description
Early Childhood Associates is seeking an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to provide coordination of services to families of infants and toddlers with known or suspected developmental delays living in Manhattan and The Bronx.
Interested individuals should have a strong background in working with young children and have knowledge of the assessment and treatment of infants and toddlers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with other service providers to secure needed services for families.
- Maintain proper documentation on families and children.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services or related field
- 12 Years' experience as a Service Coordinator in the New York City area
- Strong commitment to helping families.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be efficient, well organized, and able to manage multifamily case load.
- Bilingual English-Spanish a big plus
- Willingness to meet with families in their homes or community.

- Depending on level of experience
