Job Title:
Contract to Hire Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location:
Baldwin Park, CA

Pay Range:
$25 - $29/hour (based on experience)

Hours:

9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Our client, a dynamic organization based in Baldwin Park, CA, is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily invoicing and billing of accounts

Maintain daily check deposits

Manage AR aging report for outside collection agencies

Identify and address past due invoices

Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries

Retrieve payments and post to customer accounts

Assist with month-end close for Accounts Receivable

Research and resolve discrepancies promptly

Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

3+ years of strong full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience

Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and Sage preferred

Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to start ASAP

Pay Details:
$25.00 to $29.00 per hour
