Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Generate reports as needed
  Skills:
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
• Knowledge of doubleentry bookkeeping
• Proven experience as an accounts receivable clerk or similar role
• Familiarity with accounts payable and medical billing processes
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management practices
• Proficient in math and numerical skills
• Experience working with accounting software (e.g., Sage 100)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Other duties as assigned.
