    The Technician Resource Center (TRC) Supervisor will lead and guide TRC Coordinators while ensuring we perform to the expectation of the department.

    Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
    • Manage all TRC Coordinators in day-to-day operations.
      • Monitor performance
      • Provide constructive feedback and training/re-training opportunities as needed.
      • Respond to inquiries from staff.
      • Empower staff to make educated decisions by providing resources to refer to along with positive reinforcement of quality performance.
      • Interview, hire, and train new Coordinators
      • Build on-call schedules and be available after hours if Coordinators on call need assistance.
      • Approve/Deny PTO requests.
      • Be the first escalation if Coordinator is unable to make specific decisions due to budget constraints, schedule updates, etc.
      • Keep resources for Coordinators up to date (Staffing Resources folder in SharePoint essentially)
    • Create, maintain, update, enforce Standards and Processes
    • Conduct follow-ups with managers to determine effectiveness of staffing labor both FT techs and freelance.
    • Maintain relationships with internal (AEs, BrainHub, FT techs) and external (Freelancers, labor companies, payroll agents, travel companies (Navan/National)) clients.
      • Determine means of resolving conflicts to satisfy the business and client requirements.
      • Review contracts from freelance and labor companies
    • Give weekly reports to leadership of status of the department as it pertains to quantity of workload and obstacles in need of assistance.
    • Find new and creative ways to advance the department to be more efficient.


    Base Salary Range: $54,678/yr - $81,030/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
