About:


The HR ystems Analyst is a pivotal figure in bolstering HR Systems by configuring them as necessary, crafting queries for HR data analysis, and assuming the role of functional lead on HR projects.

They collaborate closely with HR users across various functions to pinpoint configuration alterations for the HRIS system and translate these requirements to the technical team.

This role involves configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting all technical modifications to PeopleSoft HCM.

Proficiency in PS Query and/or SQL is leveraged to furnish metrics and analytics to the HR team, empowering informed decision-making.

Moreover, the incumbent maintains, optimizes, and integrates data from diverse systems to bolster HR initiatives.


What you need:


  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Two years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or comparable HRIS modules.
  • Two years of experience working with Human Resources data/metrics.

Bonus Points:


  • Three years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or comparable HRIS modules.
  • One year experience working with PeopleSoft table structures, functionality in a Human Resources environment.
  • Experience using SQL or creating PeopleSoft queries.
  • Experience working with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and rules pertaining to human resources management.

From $52,431.00 per year
