Florida Distributing Company joined Reyes Beverage Group in 2011 and operates from a 290,026 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Orlando, Florida.

We proudly sell and distribute the widest variety of world-class craft, imported and domestic beers throughout Central Florida, delivering over 18.2 million cases of beer each year to 6,640 retailers across six counties in Central Florida.


Responsibilities:


Position Summary:

The IT Specialist is primarily responsible for providing technical on-site and remote support to employees.

*This position will require traveling to our distribution center in Kissimmee*
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Network configuration & problem solving in Windows, Apple, and Citrix environments
  • Support and troubleshoot local hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V Equipment
  • Asset management of location's enduser devices (mobile, desktops, and laptops)
  • Procure, manage, maintain, & troubleshoot cellular and mobile devices
  • Work with IT Service Center on support issues with high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members
  • Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system
  • Ability to effectively work with business users and corporate IT to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
  • Assist business and Corporate IT with training employees on existing or new solutions
  • Provide onsite assistance for any RBD acquisitions and integrations
  • Required to work in a collaborative team environment with the ability to communicate and coordinate with the business and all areas within the IT function

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 23 years' experience with desktop support
  • Strong understanding of information systems and business processes
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision from direct manager
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highly technical environment
  • Demonstrable strong Customer Service experience
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • This position must pass a postoffer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelors' degree
