- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs across various brands and locations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making final selections.
- Utilize a variety of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their unique staffing requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, making it attractive to top talent.
- Represent Legacy Service Partners at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote our organization as well as partner organization.
- Industry experience in home services is a MUST.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 3 years + experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
