    Position Overview: Legacy Service Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in acquiring top-tier talent to support the growth and success of our partner brands. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to talent acquisition, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Ideally, this candidate will sit in the East Coast (NY Metropolitan area) or central location.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs across various brands and locations.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making final selections.
    • Utilize a variety of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their unique staffing requirements.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to create a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand.
    • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, making it attractive to top talent.
    • Represent Legacy Service Partners at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote our organization as well as partner organization.
    Qualification:
    • Industry experience in home services is a MUST.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven 3 years + experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
