Description

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels from various departments within FreshDirect to develop, plan and execute a workforce planning strategy.
Provides leadership, coaching and career development to the Talent Acquisition team.
Conduct regular followup meetings with business line leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Responsible for coaching business leaders around talent acquisition hiring practices; ensure hiring managers are trained on interview skills and service level agreements commitments.
Manages staffing agency vendors and negotiates vendor contracts, including job boards.
Partner with employer branding specialist to create brand awareness and reputation in the internal and external talent marketplace.
Optimize recruiting ATS workflows to improve effectiveness and productivity.
Lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Education and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting in a highvolume field.
Prior experience leading a team of recruiters.
Experience in a fastpaced Human Resources environment.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Excellent interviewing and active listening skills.
Strong knowledge of recruiting based job boards, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques.
Capacity to prioritize work and address time sensitive matters.
Working knowledge of employment laws.
Critical thinking skills.
