We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, specializing in High Risk Disease Detection (HRDD) Market Engagement, to play a crucial role in our mission.

    Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement corporate HRDD intervention and metrics playbook for widespread use.
    • Create tactical roadmaps and project timelines for each intervention and initiative.
    • Collaborate effectively within a matrix operations environment to roll out and enhance core programs.
    • Act as the primary corporate HRDD liaison for specific markets, promoting the vision and strategy to enhance provider performance.
    • Work closely with the Analytics team to identify new HRDD performance metrics opportunities.
    • Provide support to markets on HRDD matters and assist in overcoming performance barriers.
    • Conduct regular HRDD performance meetings with key market stakeholders.
    • Ensure markets have established key points of contacts and support from leadership.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience in Corporate Risk Adjustment interventions, playbook development, and project management.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals across all organizational levels.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance enhancements.
    • Knowledge of CMS-HCC Risk Adjustment Models and coding improvement.
    • Leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to support markets.

    Education and Experience Criteria:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of Healthcare Management experience with a focus on market engagement and provider performance.
