    Description

    Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting corresponedence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and providing information to customers. Assisting CEO, Sales and R & D personnel with project workflow and other daily tasks.

    Duties and Tasks

    • Daily and/or weekly reporting sent to Sales Manager/CEO
    • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
    • Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner
    • Maintain customer records
    • Manage new client documentation requests
    • Prepares RFQ's (request for quotes)
    • Creating and/or updating client quotes
    • Review client purchase orders and quotes for accuracy
    • Schedule client meetings/visits
    • Assist Sales Manager, CEO and R & D with other daily tasks

    Qualifications

    • 3-4 years customer service experience
    • Associates degree and strong mathematical skills

    This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 3-4 years of customer service experience and an Associates degree with strong mathematical skills.
