    Job DescriptionCustomer Service/Sales Support

    • Pay starting at $20 / hour
    • Direct hire opportunity

    • Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm schedule
    Your new role as the customer service representative:
    • Respond to high-volume customer inquiries by phone and email
    • Identify and submit requests for customers within company guidelines
    • Troubleshoot product failures
    • Address concerns and answer questions pertaining to sales orders
    Your experience to be a customer service representative:
    • Ability to type 50 wpm
    • 4 years of experience in a customer service role
