Customer Service Representative

A day in the life:

As a Customer Service Representative at Helget Gas Products, your day starts with enthusiastically responding to customer inquiries and teammate requests, ensuring their needs are fully addressed. Throughout the day, you navigate complex issues with clarity and precision, utilizing your problem-solving skills to provide exceptional service and uphold our core values. By actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improvement, you play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience and driving continuous growth.

Requirements:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
