Pay starting at $20 / hour
Direct hire opportunity
Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and company matching 401k
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm schedule

Your new role as the customer service representative:

Respond to high volume customer inquiries by phone and email
Identify and submit requests for customers within company guidelines
Troubleshoot product failures
Address concerns and answer questions pertaining to sales orders

Your experience to be the customer service representative:

Ability to type 50 wpm
4 years of experience in a customer service role
