I'm a very motivated and self driven people person. I have the ability to work well under pressure or short notice of deadlines. I am able to prioritze accordingly, and I excel with handling difficult customers and situations and can work well with little or no supervision. I take pride in my work and like to leave the best impression as possible for my coworkers and others around me. 

I have 20 plus years of customer service, inbound and outbound sales, I have 5 plus years in the medical field scheduling patients for follow ups and out patient procedures that the physician's order during office visits in clinic. Insurance prior authorization and Multi line switchboard. Checked in patients upon arriving for their appointments,  triage all incoming calls and transfered to the appropriate department or physicians nursing staff.
