- You will establish new investor accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- You will review and process account maintenance items according to SLA's.
- You will reconcile new client accounts on a daily basis.
- You will provide high level of client service to Investment Managers.
- You will process quality control checks of new accounts and maintenance items in accordance with the departmental.
- You will manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day.
- You will communicate and resolve account issues utilizing qualitative and quantitative skills, in a timely manner.
- You will embrace and endorse the corporate client experience philosophy.

- BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
- Internship experience preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- The self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
- Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with internal and external clients.
- A drive to learn new systems and concepts to ultimately have a broad knowledge of the industry.
- Must have entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on additional responsibility.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. As the needs of our clients change, we need to be flexible to change with them.
