Position Overview
VS Media is currently looking for a communicative, organized and detail-driven individual who will be responsible for proactively reaching out to new leads and guiding them through our sign up process.
General Responsibilities
- Utilize independent judgment to ensure all direct account progress and information is documented and up to date.
- Manage all Direct Account Growth tasks for English speaking accounts.
- Quarterly check ins to provide direct accounts with support and personalized feedback to facilitate additional success using reports and/or queries.
- Personalized reach outs to inactive accounts as well as follow up support needed to remain active.
- Help develop and host monthly webinars including quarterly new model orientations and individual training sessions as needed.
- Identifying and onboard potential new models for coaching programs.
- While rare, there will be times when travel or after hours help will be needed.
- Attentive to fine detail, organization, followthrough.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work in a fast paced, team work environment.
- Able to juggle multiple needs and prioritize appropriately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to make judgment calls and to communicate clearly.
Compensation
Compensation includes an attractive 401K. Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) is also provided. Full details will be made available during an interview.
