Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning Support:


  • Assist the CEO and Department Heads in developing and implementing strategic plans for the organization.
- conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.


Project Management:


  • Manage projects assigned by the CEO, including coordinating resources, setting timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all departments.

Communication Facilitation:


  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Demonstrate strong written/oral communication skills.

Meeting Preparation and Facilitation:


  • Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and compiling relevant materials.

Financial Oversight:


  • Support the CEO in financial management activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
  • Oversee the bookkeeping department to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of bookkeeping activities.
  • Develop departmental budgets and forecasting to ensure the ongoing fiscal strength of the agency.
  • Track grant expenses to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of personnel and materials.

Regulatory Compliance:


  • Oversee and ensure that CACFP program tracking is correct, accurate, and completed daily, adhering to program guidelines and requirements.
  • Support regulatory compliance of all programs.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of personnel and materials.

Proactive Support and Adaptation:


  • Manage and complete daily tasks upon request of the CEO.
  • Monitor and communicate progress and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure that all files and documents are stored and saved for easy retrieval.
  • Adapt and grow in a constantly evolving and fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrate passion and commitment to supporting others in achieving their goals.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related role, with a proven track record of success. Experience in healthcare services strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Physical Demands:

Pay:
$85, $120,000.00 per year
