    Job Description Job Description Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a AP Specialist to join their team.

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $18 to $25 per hour.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Manage accounts payable using accounting software.
    Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
    Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
    Perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
    Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations.
    Qualifications Associate degree or bachelors Degree1-2 years' experience accounts payable or related fieldsProficient in MS Excel skills.

    Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge in Accounts PayableExperience:
    Analytical experience in the ability to work with numbers and generate reports.
    Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
