    EPLAN Software & Services LLC provides software and service solutions in the fields of electrical, automation, and mechatronics engineering. The company develops one of the world's leading design software solutions for machine and panel builders. We continually evolve the business with help from our Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services Teams as we grow our presence in the North American Markets.

    As the Key Accounts Manager, you will be coaching and assisting our sales team in the competitive market of CAD SaaS and selling EPLAN Software & Service. You need to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels. You will work closely with the Sales leadership team on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies. You need to identify opportunities, providing solutions and closing business. Lead with a customer-first mentality and solution-driven methodology. This role will serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions and need to participate with onboarding training for your direct reports.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • You identify new EPLAN prospects and industries and are willing to cover all components of the sales process. What that entails are; prospecting, cold calling, negotiating complex requirements and maintaining high customer satisfaction (NPS).
    • Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
    • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization.
    • You will have to manage, counsel, and train employees along with planning, monitoring and appraising job results within your region.
    • You will be responsible to analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights;
      • Typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age.
    • Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the sales and marketing automation platforms.
    • Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs.
    • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
    • You develop sales plans and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements and help provide industry-specific solutions with our engineers.
    • You participate in global initiatives to introduce products in new markets, including educating the customer on resources available and elevating our brand.
    • You present at local sales marketing events while actively upselling and highlighting solutions to new, current and old customers.
    • You will be resourceful, customer and service-oriented, creative and driven to produce measurable results within your region.
    • You should have a high sense of urgency, strong business ethics and be innovative, self-motivating and self-aware.
    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
    • We seek 5+ years of management experience with significant experience leading a sales or product management organization.
    • Experience of consultative solution sales experience
    • Experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment to large, strategic enterprise accounts
    • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales quota both personal and management levels
    • Talent to articulate the value proposition to C-Level, Sales, and Marketing executives
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally with a US passport
    • Capability to identify and solve client issues strategically
    • Proficiency in analyzing data and prepare reports to communicate strategic recommendations based on data and trends
    • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, and ComScore.
    • Ability to travel up to 60%
