    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Responsibly managing a portfolio of clients in the small business sector.
    • Addressing queries from clients and insurance providers efficiently.
    • Organizing open enrollment meetings, health events, and online seminars.
    • Interacting with clients for employee gatherings and enrollment sessions.
    • Ensuring timely delivery of policy renewals.
    • Engaging in meetings before, during, and after policy renewals.
    • Handling documentation for new business from insurance carriers.
    • Providing consultative support and collaborating closely with agents.
    • Keeping agents informed about client activities, concerns, and growth opportunities.
    • Cultivating strong relationships with client contacts and suggesting adjustments to plans, resolving claims, and exploring renewal alternatives.
    • Acquiring proficiency in various software applications such as Benefit Point and ImageRight.
    • Participating in educational sessions and product workshops.
    • Contributing to special initiatives as needed.

    Key Skills:

    • Essential qualification: Life & Health Licensing is mandatory (or commitment to obtaining the license promptly post hiring).
    • Expertise in Relationship Development: Ability to establish crucial connections with clients is vital.

    Proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Benefit Point and ImageRight (desirable, training provided if necessary).

    Educational Background and Work Experience:

    • Minimum requirement: High school diploma coupled with 3-5 years of Account Management experience.
    • Prior exposure to the Insurance Industry or Third Party Administrator (TPA) domain.
