- Responsibly managing a portfolio of clients in the small business sector.
- Addressing queries from clients and insurance providers efficiently.
- Organizing open enrollment meetings, health events, and online seminars.
- Interacting with clients for employee gatherings and enrollment sessions.
- Ensuring timely delivery of policy renewals.
- Engaging in meetings before, during, and after policy renewals.
- Handling documentation for new business from insurance carriers.
- Providing consultative support and collaborating closely with agents.
- Keeping agents informed about client activities, concerns, and growth opportunities.
- Cultivating strong relationships with client contacts and suggesting adjustments to plans, resolving claims, and exploring renewal alternatives.
- Acquiring proficiency in various software applications such as Benefit Point and ImageRight.
- Participating in educational sessions and product workshops.
- Contributing to special initiatives as needed.
- Essential qualification: Life & Health Licensing is mandatory (or commitment to obtaining the license promptly post hiring).
- Expertise in Relationship Development: Ability to establish crucial connections with clients is vital.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Benefit Point and ImageRight (desirable, training provided if necessary).
- Minimum requirement: High school diploma coupled with 3-5 years of Account Management experience.
- Prior exposure to the Insurance Industry or Third Party Administrator (TPA) domain.
