    Job Description


    We are currently seeking an energetic marketing professional with a unique blend of marketing communications, marketing strategy and client-focused experience to manage the marketing program for our mortgage channel.

    A team player, who can bring new ideas, create and manage integrated marketing campaigns, develop content and communications, and enable our sales teams to increase revenue.

    An exceptional multi-tasker that drives flawless and speedy execution – and works well across multiple sales and marketing teams.

    This position will work closely with all members of the integrated marketing team, sales, product management and the broader Experian organization.

    Specifically, this role will have responsibilities in several areas:

    End-to-end marketing plan development and execution
    Engaging stakeholders across the organization to refine the marketing plan to maximize impact on revenue.
    Share market insights across the organization.
    Increase opportunity conversion leveraging AI and intent marketing technology to optimize and effectively target marketing efforts.
    Reporting and market analytics to inform strategy and measure marketing effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    5+ years in B2B marketing strategy execution preferably within the mortgage industry
    Ability to independently execute a marketing plan
    Resourceful, creative thinker with strong relationship skills
    Effective email copywriting
    Exceptional project management skills and strong follow-through on details
    Excellent PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Eloqua, 6sense and Tableau reporting a plus
    Strong presentation skills
    Undergraduate degree a must, MBA a plus
    Preferably located in Southern California within driving distance to Costa Mesa

    Proposed responsibilities:
    Lead and execute a holistic marketing plan.

    Create marketing assets from end-to-end including digital marketing, thought leadership, event promotion, industry award submissions, speaking session abstracts, pitch decks, and sales plays.

    Consultative approach to marketing planning including working across multiple teams with different approaches.
    Regular reporting of marketing program effectiveness.
    Share industry insights with key stakeholders across the organization.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above.

    Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.

    This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
