As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team and support our President.

The Role


As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will be an essential part of our executive team, providing comprehensive support to the President.

This role demands a high level of professionalism, technical savvy, and the ability to solve problems creatively.

You will act as the President's right hand, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and projects, including the handling of highly confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring all engagements align with company priorities.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and professional interactions.

Project Management: Assist in managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address issues that may impact the President's or company's objectives.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and updates, leveraging this knowledge to support strategic decision-making.

Personal Tasks: Handle personal tasks for the President with discretion and efficiency, ensuring that their personal and professional lives are well-organized and seamlessly integrated.

Confidentiality: Manage and safeguard sensitive and confidential company information, employing a high level of discretion and integrity.


Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an executive support role, preferably within the mortgage industry.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Discretion: High level of discretion and professional judgment, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Pay:
From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
