Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes seeks a
Project Manager, Community Planning to join our team in our division located in Irvine, California. The Project Manager, Community Planning is responsible for transitioning new communities from the Land Acquisition and Land Development teams to the Sales and Production team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure vision and theme of community are developed and incorporated in to the design of the community
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure needs are met and facilitate smooth transitions
- Organize and facilitate various hand off meetings and follow up on outstanding items
- Manage design, bidding, contracting, permitting, and construction of amenities, monuments, sales offices, and models, etc.
- Establish and maintain budgets
- Maintain schedules and drive completion of projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee model complex's specifications, custom options, and rebate capture
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Must have prior experience in residential construction
- Efficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
The salary for this position is $95,000-$115,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus and a monthly mobile device allowance.
