I have been in the Mortgage industry for more than 30 years. I have experience in both Wholesale and Retail Operations. I am proficient in Conventional conforming & non-conforming, FHA, JUMBO non-agency, CalHFA and City Second programs. I am a common-sense Underwriter and flexible when working with sales to restructure a loan to make it work. Because of my extensive experience, I know when we can make a stretch without affecting the integrity of the loan. I underwrite with the Philosophy that every loan matters.
