Optimum First Mortgage is looking for an experienced mortgage loan processor who wants to work in a relaxed atmosphere

We are a non-delegated direct lender who has been in business for 10 years. Our employees love our relaxed atmosphere with no dress code. When most companies are laying processors off we are hiring another one

We are looking for a processor who can handle a 40 loan pipeline and fund 30+ loans a month. Our processors DO NOT call customers and collect the conditions, we have co-processors that do that for you so you just concentrate on processing

Altough we are looking for an experienced canidate you will get trained on how we do things by our operations manager.

Pay is $25 an hour or commission at $250 per funded loan, whichever is greater. Our seasoned processors make between k a month right now.

No contract processors, must work in office, paid medical after 90 days.
