JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing team to enhance the Company's business development efforts by providing original graphic design services for Company marketing collateral, communication materials, and presentations.
This role will support proposal preparation and maintenance of the Company website and presence across all pertinent social media platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &RESPONSIBILITES:
Assists the Proposal Lead with the preparation of proposals and prequalification documents, including project data, resumes, infographics, photography, and layoutAssists in the development and maintenance of marketing and proposal database including opportunities, project descriptions, and resumes in the Company's CRM systemEnsures all collateral materials comply with current corporate branding and graphic standards.
Participates in the development of new standards and uses discretion to make decisions regarding graphic and design developmentProduces engaging and informative visual and written content for various marketing channels, including proposals, presentations, print materials, website, and social mediaPlans and executes social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our audience on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramTakes photos of employees, jobsites and Company events, as needed, and/or procures professional photography for completed projects; maintains photograph catalogCoordinates and promotes Company events, conferences, trade shows, and community initiatives.
This includes planning logistics and creating promotional materialsSupports the general office needs with design and production of collateral items such as report covers, banners, ads and other design and printing needsOther duties, as assignedFUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Four-year degree in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design or associated field of study with at least four (4) years of experience in proposal and graphic design for the AEC industryStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
Strong marketing experience with willingness to take risks and push the envelope, trying innovative tactics to keep the Company 'Best in Class'Willingness to travel to various job sites to capture photos of project phases and project milestones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of urgencyCreative and self-motivated with attention to detail and focus on quality of resultsPossesses excellent organizational skills, is efficient and reliableTeam player with the ability to recognize how individual actions affect the team as a wholeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changes to planned tasks or scheduleADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if requiredAbility to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassistedMay require repetitive use of arms, hands and fingersMay require prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing throughout workdayValid driver license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicleRequires exercising discretion in decision making and maintaining strict confidentiality with respect to applicant, employee, and Company proprietary information
