What You Will Do
As a member of the RateLinx Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of marketing practices to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
Success in this position is measured by the effectiveness of marketing deliverables. Evaluation of progress will be based upon communication, creativity, accuracy, task management, and timeliness.
You will be an integral part of RateLinx's marketing strategy by:
- Supporting the Marketing Department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs.
- Coordinating marketing and trade show events independently including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Proofreading and editing copy for multiple channels, ensuring a consistent marketing voice.
- Managing social media marketing programs and blogs.
- Managing the CRM to ensure data quality and intermediate Microsoft Excel and analytical skills for accurate data imports and data appending for CRM imports.
- You are a Marketing professional with experience developing and executing marketing plans.
- You are courteous and professional in all of your communication with clients, internal teammates, vendors, and partners.
- You are a selfstarter and able to work independently and with a team to move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- You are a selftaught quick learner and utilize all resources available to solve problems.
- You can function effectively in a fastpaced and changing environment with multiple priorities and objectives.
- You have strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- You work until things get done.
- At least one year's experience with a CRM, with preference for Zoho CRM.
- At least one year's experience, with Social Media Management using a social media software, Zoho Social Preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year's copywriting experience.
- Experience using a B2B database and creating searches, Zoominfo preferred.
- Familiarity with posting blogs on the WordPress CMS.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Business Suite for Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Inoffice position that has views of the mountains.
