Job Posting:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee and execute the marketing efforts for our consulting services, online coaching programs, as well as helping clients in a fractional capacity.

This role will involve working with multiple brands on strategy creation, as well as strategy execution through digital and social media marketing, affiliate program marketing, and more.

Duties:

• Meet with business owners to determine marketing needs for multiple brands
• Develop fundamental marketing strategies for multiple businesses in varying industries
• Execute marketing strategies for multiple companies simultaneously.
• Complete basic photo and video edits to meet brand and campaign requirements
• Create and post scheduled content across various channels, including blogs, social media, LinkedIn, newsletters, and more as opportunities arise
• Oversee the design process for printed materials to ensure consistency and quality.
• Implement affiliate marketing initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
• Monitor performance metrics and make datadriven adjustments to optimize results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
