As an essential part of our team, you will be leading and implementing our marketing department and strategies to grow our practice.
Our colleague needs to be a self-starter, diligent, a sophisticated thinker, and carry a very strong work ethic.Position duties included, but not limited to:
- Strategize and implement growth protocols by assessing month
- to
- month performance
- Visit 50+ provider partnership offices per week; rotating those visits once per month
- Identify key partnerships consistently and strategize visits on a weekly biweekly basis
- Develop meaningful relationships with partners to provide meaningful feedback to staff and influence internal protocols
- Utilize our CRM platform and update consistently with current conversations, impressions, visits, calls, etc...
- Logging travel routes on our app to track location visits
- Organize meeting for our surgeons to meet with other medical providers and partners
- Organize drop in meetings for our surgeons with new and developed partnerships monthly; rotating older partnerships quarterly
- Collaborate with onsite team on Friday's to strategize growth opportunities
- Present monthly KPI's to administrator that encompass growth limitations, major impressions, inbound referrals, etc...
- Analyze outbound and inbound referrals to strategize growth and reciprocation of business as well as lead onsite team for implementation
- Daily social media engagement with online community
- Understanding of how a medical office operates

Schedule:
- Expected to be in the office 8AM 5PM if not in the field
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- Marketing Coordinator (preferred)
- Business Development (preferred)
Work Location:
One location / Hybrid office and out in field
Job Types:

Pay:
$55, $70,000.00 per year
