In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will execute and develop content to strengthen the Matthews brand.
They will be responsible for creating compelling internal and external content while simultaneously executing multiple high-priority campaigns and initiatives across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce clientfacing material (industry articles, blog content, magazine articles, etc )
- Consistently deliver highquality content for mass media, company platforms, and internal communications (press releases, newsletters, award submissions, etc )
- Execute critical editorial and communications initiatives and campaigns by analyzing data and news relevant to Matthews' business
- Assist in creating content for the company's Publication as well as sharing creative responsibility for press releases
- Develop creative editorial ideas by tracking and analyzing data and researching and monitoring the latest market trends, competitor activity and available marketing opportunities news to Matthews' business
- Seek opportunities for interviews, awards, and other promotional opportunities for Matthews and agents
- Track multiple projects to meet critical deadlines and report status frequently
- Assist in the planning and implementation of content calendar
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business or related fields Proven experience in a communications role
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Marketing experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred
