The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the full coordination and execution of several projects.

The Marketing Coordinator is also involved in developing ongoing marketing strategy and creative to reach targeted sales and marketing goals.

What Will You do?

  • Support of strategic planning and execution of residential marketing activities
  • Support the marketing initiatives of Onni's hospitality brands.
  • Handling influencer requests (within a provided framework)
  • Designing professionallooking sales pitches & revenue packages
  • Support the creative development of new projects, including (but not limited to):
  • Branding of new projects
  • Brochure design
  • Direct mail design and planning
  • Advertising
  • Media planning, buying and administration
  • Leasing Center design
  • Website placement and layout of website pages
  • Application/Framework design as needed
  • Copywriting
  • Coordination of digital renderings, floorplans and other assets
  • Meeting vendors and suppliers at site meetings, approving proofs, collecting samples and competitive estimating on all jobs
  • Assisting at all project launches

What You Bring:


  • A postsecondary school diploma/degree (Marketing or Business concentrations an asset)
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • An ability to provide inside and strategic recommendations to achieve project objectives
  • Strong computer skills: a high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential, and a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset
  • Experience with CRM software, in particular Yardi, is an asset
  • A valid driver's license and a vehicle, to facilitate visits to and from Onni's different sites in Los Angeles
