RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account ManagementWill work with media and account management team(s) to ensure daily tasks are completed in an efficient and quality mannerIdentification, documentation, and communication of client needs, goals, and expectationsAttend weekly client calls (when needed) to assist with preparation of all materials needed for callsDaily review of media performance in order to ensure clients' KPI's (key performance indicators) are being metAssist media and account management team with client onboarding process as neededInteract with buyers and planners to ensure media is airing properlyMaintain Trio / Audio Specialist trackerMaintain weekly account revenue trackerManager RFI trackerAssist Client Services with VP managementCoordinate client calls for Audio Client Services teamAssist in managing invoice delivery processReporting/AnalyticsBuild client internal reportsDesign and implement custom reporting to client specifications using tools like ExcelReview all reporting setups to verify accuracy of both raw and calculated data componentsIdentify and recommend improvements to reporting systems and best practices for timely delivery of relevant data to clientsAssist in the analysis of media results through the development of relevant reportingAssist in the implementation of new and expanded analytics and reporting toolsRegularly review sales and conversion performance for client campaigns against historical data and industry standardsAdditional Attend weekly Audio team calls, keep minutes, and distribute to teamPrepare client presentations and custom reports using PowerPoint, Excel, or other toolsAdditional Client Services related tasks as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business or EconomicsInterest in developing skills around the following: client services, media buying, traffic, data operations, invoicing, sourcing, and analytics; direct experience a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills; effective communicator using client appropriate languageProficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPointCapable of multitasking and possesses strong prioritization skillsMust be self-motivated; inquisitive, proactive & strong initiative (learns/ask questions, applies, grows)
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individuallyDetailed oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environmentKnowledge with various reporting systems and software desired, but not requiredSkills :
