- Gathering information assist with licensing new software to ensure API standards are met
- Assist 3 party gas purchasers with notifying affected Oxy personal when meter calibrations are required
- Provide eVIN training to PTs as needed when issues become persistent
- Coordinating route changes & new equipment additions to ProCount
- Provide the Regulatory department with: BLM production/incident/compliance audit requests, commingle permits, FMP designation
- Communicate Field Changes with Production Accounting department to ensure new meters are set up correctly and any physical changes in the field are updated accordingly within our production accounting system
- Investigate Allocations Errors – at the well, CTB/train level regarding root cause analysis and corrective measures
- Send out OTP meter errors
- Attend 6 am meeting and make announcements as needed
- Scan Run Tickets to Houston and make copies for close binder and folder
- Check wells down report for code errors
- Enter close out LACT tickets into eVIN
- Enter all proving into proving database / save scanned document into program and file one for closing
- Sort LACT (dummy) ticket box
- Well test schedule compliance check
- Check month close report and disposition accuracy (every Tuesday)
- Triage Houston requests for production accounting
- Confirm WPS have made necessary changes to well MOP & Status prior to or at time of handover from completions.
